Snagger / Finishing Operative - Residential Sites
We are looking for an experienced Snagger / Finishing Operative to join our residential construction teams in Horwich starting January 2026. You will be responsible for ensuring new homes are completed to the highest standard before handover.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect newly built homes and identify defects or finishing issues Document and report findings accurately to site management Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely resolution of snagging items Carry out snagging and patching work to resolve defects Paint and decorate interiors and exteriors as required Sealing, caulking, and general finishing works Undertake general handyman duties on site Complete minor customer care works to ensure homeowner satisfaction
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in snagging, decorating, or general finishing works on residential projects Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Good communication and ability to work independently or as part of a team Customer-focused approach
This is a hands-on role with competitive pay and the opportunity to work across multiple sites in a professional, supportive environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: 19.00-21.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
