DESCRIPTION


We're seeking an experienced Campaign Manager to lead Amazon International Originals (IO) strategy across digital and offline publishers, driving our book-to-screen initiatives through innovative marketing approaches. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, requiring someone who can navigate complex stakeholder relationships while delivering measurable results. This highly collaborative position involves embedding marketing expertise into the IO team, influencing marketing strategies, and leading partnerships with publishers and book authors.



Key job responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

Lead marketing strategies for book-to-screen properties Drive innovation while maintaining brand integrity Identify market opportunities and content trends


Partnership Development

Primary liaison between Prime Video, digital and offline publishers Manage relationships with publishers, authors, and creators Lead cross-functional teams and maintain stakeholder communication


Campaign Management

Direct full-cycle marketing campaigns, from concept to implementation Collaborate on creative, media planning, and campaign optimization Implement data-driven strategies Track KPIs and provide stakeholder updates


Performance & Analytics

Drive audience engagement and content performance Track metrics across marketing channels Analyze performance and provide recommendations Optimize strategies based on ROI


Success Metrics

Achievement of growth targets for book-to-screen properties Effectiveness of cross-functional team collaboration Quality and timeliness of campaign execution Stakeholder satisfaction and partnership health Innovation in marketing approaches and processes


Required Qualifications

8+ years marketing strategy experience, focus on content/entertainment Proven success in campaign development and execution Strong analytical and data interpretation skills Excellence in team leadership


Preferred Qualifications

Book-to-screen or publishing experience Digital content platform knowledge Entertainment/streaming media background

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
