The role

The eBay Delivery Operations and Solutions Team are seeking a Senior Manager to lead the development and execution of our new delivery initiatives which will improve the overall selling experience and therefore buying experiences for eBay\xe2\x80\x99s customers (both buyers and sellers).

This hybrid role includes ensuring that our delivery and logistics solutions operate at an extraordinary level, always providing high quality services and running multiple internal and external partners to ensure that these solutions deliver operational excellence. This aims to help sellers achieve a high quality ecommerce delivery experience for buyer. This is a transformational, strategic and hands-on position spanning business analysis, functional and customer experience design, competitive analysis, market segmentation, working with partners, defining and delivering a long-term roadmap of developments.

About you

We would love to hear from you if you are a highly strategic, customer obsessed and commercial leader who has a strong background in ecommerce/ logistics and / or carrier management within a senior, project focused role. With a natural ability to build strong working relationships across all levels, you are able to inspire others to work towards a common goal and your approach drives significant business change.

With a proven background in leading, inspiring and empowering a diverse team plus the ability to navigate a global, matrix organisation, you are able to clearly update progress to senior leadership and use standout project management skills to drive how we show up to our buyers and sellers from a shipping perspective.
