Overview


We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Project Manager to oversee and deliver complex projects across various departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies. This role offers an opportunity to lead diverse teams, manage resources effectively, and ensure project objectives are achieved within scope, time, and budget constraints. Candidates with a background in requirements gathering, root cause analysis, and proficiency in multiple project management tools will thrive in this position.

Duties



Lead the planning, execution, and closing of projects while managing cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery. Develop detailed project plans using tools such as Microsoft Project, Coordinate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives. Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and implement effective solutions. Manage project budgets, control costs, and optimise resource allocation to maximise efficiency. Utilise project management software including , SharePoint, for tracking progress and documentation. Facilitate communication among team members through regular meetings and updates; prepare compelling presentations for stakeholders. Oversee risk management activities by identifying potential risks early and developing mitigation strategies. Ensure adherence to methodologies Monitor project performance metrics through data analysis skills and generate reports for senior management. Support product development initiatives by collaborating with product managers and content management teams.

Requirements



Proven supervising experience with a track record of managing successful projects across multiple disciplines. Strong leadership qualities combined with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Experience with requirements gathering techniques and root cause analysis methodologies. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences. Data analysis skills for monitoring project performance and deriving actionable insights. Ability to manage time effectively under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail. Strong organisational skills with experience using tools such as Content Management Systems for documentation purposes. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 50,000.00-65,000.00 per year
