Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:
- Conduct cost control and cost analysis for construction projects
- Prepare estimates, budgets, and cost plans
- Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor tenders
- Monitor project progress and ensure financial efficiency
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to achieve project goals
- Provide advice on contractual claims and disputes

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent knowledge of construction contracts
- Proficiency in cost management software
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
