What you'll be doing in Social Media & Content Creation

Developing and scheduling engaging, on-brand content for our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging channels Contributing to the planning and execution of social media campaigns, supporting wider marketing and brand objectives Creating and editing compelling copy, images, videos, and graphics to boost online engagement and reach target audiences Monitoring trends, conversations, and competitor activity to inform content strategy and adapt messaging accordingly Managing day-to-day community engagement, responding to comments, messages, and fostering positive interactions across our digital channels Working closely with digital marketing, creative, and PR teams to ensure consistent brand voice and cross-channel synergy Analysing post and campaign performance, preparing regular reports, and making data-driven recommendations to improve content effectiveness Championing inclusive, accessible, and responsible content practices to reflect our brand values and connect with diverse audiences

What we're looking for in Social and Content Executives

Strong written communication skills and a creative approach to storytelling across social and digital platforms Experience producing social-first content, whether professionally or personally (please include content examples with your application) Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g. Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics) Up-to-date with social trends, emerging platforms, and digital best practices Organised and able to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment Collaborative mindset with great stakeholder and teamwork skills Basic knowledge of image and video editing apps is an advantage Motivated to develop professionally in content creation, digital marketing, and brand communications
