We are seeking an experienced HR Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources and demonstrate excellent communication skills. This role involves providing strategic HR support, implementing best practices, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. The successful applicant will be proficient in various HR systems and will play a crucial role in enhancing our HR processes.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Manage the recruitment process through, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
Conduct data entry tasks related to employee records and maintain accurate HR databases.
Utilise Salesforce for tracking employee performance and engagement metrics.
Oversee social media management for employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
Assist in the development of training programmes to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Provide administrative support for various HR functions as required.
Carry out return to work interviews, appraisals, 1-2-1 feedback meetings.
Experience
Proven experience in human resources or a related field is essential.
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail are required.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are vital for effective collaboration across teams.
Prior experience in administrative roles within an HR context is preferred.
