We are urgently seeking enthusiastic and motivated Care Practitioners (Nights) to join are dynamic and hard working, friendly team.

As a Care Practitioner working nights at Plas Dyfrynn, you will be required to undertake night duty 2 nights a week from the hours of 10pm to 8am at a small 16 bed care home.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend to all residents' personal care throughout the night when needed.
Monitor health and wellbeing of all residents.
Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents.
Night duties also include an element of cleaning and vegetable preparation as well as laundry duties.
Qualifications:
Level 2 (NVQ or equivalent) in Health and Social Care is desirable but not essential.
We are now accepting unqualified applicants who are wanting to start a career in Health & Social Care. If unqualified, applicants must be willing to commence an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care and complete within 18-24 months. Unqualified applicants are also required to do at least 1 x 6 - 8 hour shift per week to assist with their training and development towards their Level 2 Diploma.
Applicants will be required to register with Social Care Wales.
