Social Commerce Manager | Hybrid work out of our Baker Street office (soon to be Marylebone in our brand new space...) Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for women\'s wellness? We are looking for a Social Commerce Manager to form a pivotal part of our marketing team. This is a brand new role as a key member of a fast growing team within a vibrant and growing brand. The Social Commerce Manager is responsible for the development and execution of a full-funnel social commerce strategy across all key social platforms in the UK, US and Europe. We focus on the unique needs of women by formulating a range of nutritionist-designed products to address everything they face - from PCOS to menopause, to bloating and hormone health. We\'re a small, but fast growing brand, with big ambitions - so expect to be given the freedom to shape your own growth and development. What you will be doing:

  • Responsible for maximising commercial offering across social platforms, especially in the UK and the US
  • Provide recommendations on driving revenue through regular analysis of customer sell-through, inventory and KPIs
  • Develop a comprehensive shop front on social media channels
  • Develop and leverage mutually rewarding relationships with social commerce partners, working directly with the Key Account Managers
  • Be seen as an expert in social commerce platforms with a deep level of understanding on how each platform drives results
  • Line management of the community marketing team
What are we looking for:
  • Demonstrable experience managing and growing sales through social commerce platforms, especially in the UK and the US
  • Highly commercial with a data-driven mindset
  • Deep understanding of how to generate revenue through social media channels
  • Experience managing 3rd party partner relationships to drive commercial outcomes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Previous people management skills
  • A strategic mind with an eye for detail
