My client is an award-winning experiential and events agency known for bold, highly creative work delivered for brands across technology, entertainment, lifestyle, and consumer sectors.
They specialise in creative storytelling, immersive brand experiences, digital content and culture-led campaigns and are now looking for someone exceptional to define, build and showcase the agencys own brand through powerful content.
This is not a sit-back-and-schedule role. Its hands-on, creatively restless, visually led, and fast-paced. Every day offers an opportunity to capture something whether its an event build, a behind-the-scenes moment, a brainstorm, a cultural insight, or a client activation.
This role is perfect for someone ambitious, energetic and hungry to shape a brand from the inside.
About the Role
This is a hybrid creative/content role that blends brand storytelling, social content production, real-time capture, digital publishing, and aesthetic direction.
You will be the creative engine behind my clients social presence responsible for defining, maintaining and evolving the agencys visual and verbal identity across platforms.
You will:
Develop creative ideas, narratives, and storytelling concepts that express the agencys work, culture, and point of view.
Capture, design, film, edit and produce high-impact visual content across all platforms.
Manage all social channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) with a consistent, high-quality posting cadence.
Build and maintain a recognisable brand aesthetic across every touchpoint.
Write sharp, warm, confident copy for posts, captions, founder perspectives, newsletters, and thought pieces.
Be on site regularly to document event builds, studio days, client activations, and behind-the-scenes moments.
Track performance, learn quickly, and evolve the content output strategically.
Collaborate closely with the creative, design and production teams to identify stories worth telling.
Work with external creatives (graphics, motion, editing) when needed, ensuring output stays true to the brand.
This is an end-to-end maker role for someone who loves creating, experimenting, capturing moments, and shaping a brands identity.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Storytelling & Creative Direction
Develop engaging narratives that elevate the agencys creativity and industry perspective.
Build and refine a distinctive brand identity visually and verbally.
Identify and shape recurring storytelling pillars that define how the agency shows up online.
2. Content Creation (Hands-On)
Film, photograph, design and edit content across formats.
Produce reels, BTS footage, event build stories, case-study snippets, culture moments, design details.
Create graphics, motion pieces or animations (where applicable) professional design packagies, Photoshop, InDesigne etc
Maintain and continuously grow a well-organised content library.
3. Social Media Management
Own Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn end-to-end.
Schedule and publish content consistently using tools like Later, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.
Ensure content aligns with brand tone, aesthetic direction, and agency goals.
Develop platform-specific ideas that drive engagement and shareability.
4. Thought Leadership & Writing
Ghost-write for senior leadership when needed (insights, POVs, commentary).
Write newsletters, event recaps, project stories and culture pieces.
Bring clarity, warmth and intelligence to all written communication.
5. Trend Awareness & Innovation
Track cultural, design and social trends and interpret them in relevant, brand-aligned ways.
Experiment with new content formats, editing styles and storytelling structures.
6. Analytics & Reporting
Monitor performance across social platforms.
Provide insights, recommendations and monthly reports on whats working and whats next.
7. Collaboration & Studio Presence
Work closely with designers, producers, strategists and leadership.
Be physically present at office days, workshops, shoots and event builds to capture content.
Bring ideas every week pushing, inspiring and helping evolve the brand.
About You
A highly creative visual thinker with strong design instincts (composition, colour, typography, movement).
A natural storyteller who writes well across formats long-form, captions, thought pieces.
Hands-on with content production: photography, videography, editing, and graphic design.
Obsessed with social trends, creative formats, and what makes content take off.
Proactive, energetic, curious and resourceful you dont wait to be told; you go make something.
Organised enough to deliver consistently; imaginative enough to push boundaries.
Comfortable being on site, capturing real-time content in fast-paced environments.
A team player who enjoys collaborating but can independently own and execute the work.
Juniormid level experience within a creative, digital, marketing or experiential agency.
