Role Overview

We're looking for a dynamic and talented

Social Content Manager

to lead the creation and curation of inspiring content across our social media platforms. You'll be responsible for shaping and amplifying our brand story, driving engagement, and growing our community. You'll be deeply creative, highly organized, and passionate about building a brand that genuinely connects with its audience.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Creation

: Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and other emerging platforms.

Creative Direction

: Ideate, plan, and execute on-brand visual and written content, ensuring all creative output aligns with Hari and the gang's distinctive style.

Community Engagement

: Build authentic relationships with our audience by managing interactions, fostering conversation, and supporting community initiatives.

Campaign Management

: Lead the social execution of key campaigns, product launches, collaborations, and seasonal marketing pushes.

Trend Research

: Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and consumer behaviors to keep our content fresh and culturally relevant.

Analytics & Insights

: Track and analyze content performance, producing monthly reports and using insights to optimize and evolve the strategy.

Influencer Collaboration

: Support influencer partnerships by sourcing, liaising, and coordinating content collaborations with brand ambassadors and micro-influencers.
Ideal Candidate

3+ years of experience in a social media or content role for a fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brand. Exceptional storytelling skills, both visual and written, with an eye for vibrant, joyful, engaging content. Deep understanding of platform best practices, including Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, and Pinterest trends. Skilled at using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and social scheduling platforms like Later or Planoly. Comfortable creating casual content behind the scenes, including talking to camera. Analytical thinker who uses insights and metrics to inform creative decisions. Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple content streams and deadlines. Passionate about positivity, creativity, and community.
Bonus Points

Experience with UGC and influencer campaigns. Strong photography, videography, or basic editing skills. Understanding of SEO principles for social content.

Part-time or full-time considered Remote-first, with occasional in-person team days (UK-based candidates preferred)
