About the Role
We're seeking a Social Analyst who transforms complex digital marketing data into compelling narratives that drive strategic business decisions on behalf of our clients at The Caliber Collective. You'll analyze performance across social media, paid advertising, and digital channels to uncover insights that resonate with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
You'll be used to working with clients at an agency where you analyse always-on organic social channels and paid social activation campaigns. And have a deep understanding of content performance, knowing which metrics to look at for signals to drive actionable insights, and social algorithms.
Key responsibilities:
Analyse data from social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, YouTube), paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic), partnerships, and digital marketing channels to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate key metrics (ROI, ROAS, conversion rates, CAC) and campaign performance
Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights tailored to diverse audiences--from executives to external clients and commercial partners
Work with limited performance metrics to guide our head of social and account managers and clients on understanding campaign performance.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and partnership teams to understand objectives and provide data-driven recommendations.
Present findings and strategic recommendations to clients and partners, demonstrating both technical expertise and business acumen
Monitor customer behavior patterns and market trends that inform future commercial strategies
About you
Ideally you will have
Agency or client-facing experience is a must
A background in commercial, digital marketing, or media analytics roles
An ability to analyse social media analytics, paid media platforms, partnership performance, and digital marketing channels
You will be:
Exceptional at analytical storytelling--you distill complex data into narratives that drive decisions, not just reports
Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences, including external clients
The ability to tailor insights based on audience needs
Technical skills:
You will have an understanding of: Meta Business Manager, TikTok Business Manager, native social backend analytics (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X), Basic Excel,, Google Analytics (GA4) or Adobe Analytics, and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing,,, or related field
Marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Sprinklr)
Statistical analysis, A/B testing, attribution modeling
