Legacie Group are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Social housing Business Development Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset and a passion for sales.
Duties
Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve company objectives.
Identify potential clients and create tailored proposals to meet their needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business goals and client expectations.
Utilise our in house CRM to track leads, manage client interactions, and report on sales performance.
Prepare regular reports on business development activities and outcomes for senior management.
Attend industry events and networking functions to promote the company's services and expand professional connections.
Experience
Proven experience in business development or sales, within social housing is essential.
Strong understanding of the social housing industry with contacts.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to adapt strategies based on market feedback.
