Social Media Account Manager

to join our team and help us elevate our online presence.

Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and hands-on Social Media Account Manager to oversee and grow our social media channels -- including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. The ideal candidate will be experienced in creating engaging content, managing social media strategies, and leading live-streaming sessions on TikTok. This role also involves managing and coordinating TikTok live presenters, ensuring consistent and high-quality brand representation across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee daily operations of company social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) Plan, shoot, and edit engaging photo and video content aligned with the brand's tone and aesthetic Develop creative concepts and campaigns to boost engagement, reach, and sales Host and participate in TikTok live-streaming sessions to promote products and interact with audiences Manage and coordinate a team of TikTok live presenters, providing guidance and feedback to improve performance Track performance metrics and prepare reports on social media growth, engagement, and sales impact Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to keep content fresh and competitive

Requirements

Proven experience managing brand social media accounts, especially TikTok and Instagram Strong video shooting and editing skills (mobile or camera) Creative mindset with a good understanding of social media trends and audience engagement Confident on camera and comfortable hosting live sessions Excellent communication, organisation, and multitasking skills Experience in e-commerce, fashion, or luxury retail is a plus
