Account Handler
to join our team. You'll be responsible for the day to day management of multiple social media accounts, ensuring content is posted frequently across various platforms for several exciting restaurant brands that we are partnered with. The posting must be meticulously arranged and planned to resonate with each audience to drive growth across various platforms. From scheduling the content, planning areas of focus and crafting engaging stories and captions, you will play a key role in shaping our Marketing team moving forwards.
TThe ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple social media accounts across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. You'll be responsible for planning, scheduling, and overseeing content for a portfolio of clients -- ensuring each brand's voice, tone, and objectives are reflected in their social presence. You'll work closely with our creative team and clients directly to guide strategy, gather feedback, and optimise performance. Strong communication, organisation, and an eye for trends are essential. Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
Manage the day-to-day running of multiple client restaurant accounts across Instagram and TikTok.
Plan, schedule, and publish content provided by our creative team, ensuring it aligns with each brand's tone and goals.
Write engaging captions, hooks, and story copy that bring the content to life and drive engagement.
Oversee Instagram Stories and TikTok uploads, ensuring consistent posting, strong storytelling, and on-brand messaging.
Collaborate closely with the content creators and social media team to brief upcoming posts, review drafts, and maintain quality control.
2. Community Engagement
Respond to comments, DMs, and customer enquiries on behalf of client accounts in a timely, helpful, and brand-appropriate way.
Proactively engage with local audiences, food influencers, and relevant pages to grow reach and visibility.
Monitor sentiment and flag any feedback or trends from the community to improve performance.
3. Strategy & Reporting
Monitor post performance and account growth, using insights to optimise future posting times, captions, and formats.
Regularly report key results and learnings to the Social Media Manager.
Stay on top of social media trends, audio tracks, and food-related content styles to inform future strategies.
Suggest new ideas for campaigns, engagement tactics, or story features to keep client accounts fresh and exciting.
4. Collaboration & Admin
Liaise with clients when needed to gather feedback or share updates.
Attend internal team meetings and contribute to planning upcoming content weeks.
Occasionally assist Directors and the wider team with admin or organisational tasks relating to client content or performance tracking.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in social media management and exceptional organisation skills.
Proficiency in using editing software, particularly Capcut, Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop are a bonus.
Knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices, including Instagram, TikTok.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
Excellent literacy, written and spoken communication skills
Good administrative and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and deliver consistently
Strong eye for attention to detail
Strong image creating and editing skills
Good IT skills, MS office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Able to work to a brief, independently and as part of a team
Ability to create and amend engaging Reels & TikTok videos
Graphic design skills preferable (Illustrator / Photoshop / Canva) but not essential
