Now, we're looking for a Social Media Account Manager to join us in building those connections.

Are you passionate about content creation, social trends, and building standout online presences? In this hands-on role, you'll lead the charge in managing clients' social media and content strategies - from Instagram grids to blog content and everything in between. You'll work alongside a talented team and have access to the latest tools to make your work shine.

This is one of the most varied roles you'll ever take on - ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment and loves seeing ideas come to life.

Key Responsibilities



Social Media Management:

Oversee and maintain client social media channels, ensuring they're fresh, on-brand, and engaging.

Video Creation:

Plan, film, and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) to showcase products and services.

Content Creation:

Design graphics in Canva and write compelling copy tailored to each platform.

Blog Writing:

Research and write SEO-friendly blog articles that inform and inspire.

PR & Press:

Craft engaging PR pieces that elevate brand reputation and drive media attention.

Client Onboarding:

Lead new client kick-off meetings to define tone, visual style, and content pillars.

Community Engagement:

Actively engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and sparking conversation.

Photography & Editing:

Take and edit photos for content shoots that reflect brand aesthetics.

Customer Support:

Be a friendly and proactive point of contact for client queries and feedback.

Internal Liaison:

Work with in-house teams (design, SEO, web) to deliver seamless campaign delivery.

Community Management:

Build brand loyalty through consistent online engagement and audience interaction.

Requirements



Proven experience creating content for social media (portfolio or examples appreciated) Comfortable using

Canva

for quick-turn graphic design Experience editing video for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts Confident with blogging and writing content with an SEO mindset Working knowledge of

WordPress

(basic blog uploading) Strong understanding of different platform requirements and audience behaviours Highly organised, independent, and reliable under pressure Excellent time management and attention to detail Passion for pop culture, online trends, memes, hashtags, and platform updates Strong communication skills and team collaboration abilities A desire to go 'above and beyond' for clients and our company
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 25,500.00-27,500.00 per year
