Job Summary
Are you passionate about football and social media? We're a small, community-focused football club looking for a volunteer Social Media Manager to help grow our online presence and connect with our supporters.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a social media, marketing, or communications student (or anyone interested in sports media) who's looking to gain hands-on experience managing a team's social media accounts.
What You'll Do:
Manage and create content for our social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
Capture and share match-day highlights, training sessions, player spotlights, and community events.
Help develop and schedule engaging posts to boost interaction and grow our audience.
Work with the club's committee and coaches to share news, updates, and fixtures.
What We're Looking For:
Enthusiasm for football and social media.
Basic understanding of content creation and digital marketing.
Creativity and good communication skills.
Reliable, proactive, and able to commit a few hours each week.
