Duties

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement. Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms. Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and audience feedback to inform future content. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns. Analyse performance metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of social media initiatives. Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy. Assist in public relations efforts by promoting events and announcements through social media platforms.

Requirements

Proven experience in social media management or public relations is highly desirable. Strong understanding of various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure performance and derive insights. Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for engaging content. Familiarity with graphic design tools is an advantage but not essential.
