OpusFlow is looking for an experienced

Social Ads Specialist

to plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and more. If you know how to turn a creative test into a high-ROI campaign, this is your chance to make an immediate impact on a fast-growing brand in the clean tech space.

What you'll do:



Manage paid social campaigns end-to-end -- from setup and targeting to daily monitoring and reporting. Develop and A/B test ad creatives, audiences, and messaging to maximize CTR and reduce CPC. Monitor budgets and spend to ensure campaigns deliver the best possible ROI. Deliver clear, actionable monthly reports that show what's working and where to optimize. Collaborate with the global marketing team to align social ads with broader campaigns and funnel goals.

Who you are:



An experienced paid social specialist with a proven track record managing B2B or SaaS campaigns. Confident with LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Instagram, and other key platforms. Analytical and creative -- you balance strong copy and visuals with data-driven optimizations. A/B testing is second nature for you -- you're always learning what drives the best results. Proactive, independent, and able to communicate results and recommendations clearly. Collaborative -- you enjoy working closely with marketing teams and content creators to keep campaigns fresh. You understand not every country is the same and know how to tailor ads to the right people in all european countries
