The main purpose of this role is to increase brand visibility, drive engagement, and generate leads using a variety of our social media accounts on an equal variety of platforms. This role requires effective use of online channels to support business growth and customer acquisition.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
With support from the Marketing Team Leader and our additional Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be primarily responsible for the social media management of our branch divisions, which are Express Refreshments, Refreshment Shop, Cafe Casa and Hotel Trays. The trio fall under the main Coinadrink Limited vending brand and offer a variety of refreshment solutions to both B2B and B2C markets.
You will also be supporting the social media management of our main Coinadrink Limited vending brand aimed solely at B2B markets.
Managing these accounts in their entirety, from planning content, content creation, publishing, and engaging with anyone who interacts or reaches out to us.
Planning and implementing dedicated social media campaigns when required, either on their own or to support wider marketing activity.
Use the appropriate analytics and accurate reporting to monitor the performance of content and campaigns.
Knowledge and understanding of video editing and publishing is preferred, from short social media posts to longer YouTube videos.
You will also be required to liaise with our external business support organisations and communities to promote updates on their own social channels. These include, but are not limited to, the Black Country Chamber of Commerce, The Birmingham Chamber of Commerce and The Best of Walsall.
You will also be expected to support with the creation of additional digital assets, such as brochures, reports, and presentations, either for internal marketing material or to support customer requests.
Work closely with internal departments to support marketing and social activity including, but not limited to, the sales and telesales teams.
Attend regular meetings with the marketing team to discuss progress and plan for future activities. You may also be required to occasionally attend the monthly sales and marketing meetings.
You will be required to liaise with current customers to support their own activities as and when required, such as promoting a healthy eating initiative they are looking to implement for their staff.
Additional / Occasional Duties
You may also be required to visit customers' premises to generate content as and when required, either alone or with Coinadrink team members, such as promoting a new machine install on social media. This will be in and around the West Midlands region.
Attend business exhibitions with your colleagues, which includes managing the stand and engaging with prospects. As and when required, usually a few times per year.
Attend events and workshops hosted by external groups and organisations that could support you in your role, as and when required.
Constantly research new opportunities, whether it be social media trends or new tools, that can benefit the marketing department and wider business.
Support the department with other marketing activity to assist efficient operation, as and when required.

Knowledge and understanding of both B2B and B2C marketing are essential.
Knowledge and understanding of a variety of social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, and how to adapt the messaging whilst keeping the consistent brand voice.
Knowledge and understanding of video editing is desired.
Knowledge and understanding of Loomly social media scheduling software is desired but not essential.
Knowledge and understanding of Canva Pro for professional graphic design is desired but not essential.
A keen learner who is serious about professional development.
Experience
Level 3 Digital Marketing or Marketing
2 years in a professional content marketing environment
Experience in B2B and B2C marketing
Other Requirements
This is a hybrid role, split between the office and home, with the office located just off Junction 10 of the M6, Walsall, West Midlands.
25 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
