New City Motorcycles Ltd is a premier motorcycle dealership, and we're growing! We are passionate about bikes and the community that surrounds them. We're now looking for a dynamic and creative individual to become the voice of our brand online, coordinate our digital projects, and support our showroom team.
The Role
This is a fantastic, hands-on opportunity for a digitally-savvy all-rounder. You will be responsible for driving our organic social media presence, launching us on new platforms, and acting as the vital link between our team and our external digital partners. You'll also be involved in the day-to-day operations of our showroom, assisting with admin and stock.
This is
not
just a desk job. We want someone who can create content, manage projects, and be a key part of our team's success.
Working hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Take ownership of our organic social media strategy, creating and scheduling regular posts.
Manage and grow our existing Meta channels (Facebook/Instagram) with over 8,000 followers.
Develop a diverse content plan, ensuring posts are fresh, engaging, and tailored with different content for each platform.
Launch and build our brand-new TikTok channel from the ground up, creating content that is native and appropriate for the TikTok audience.
Liaise with our external paid advertising agency (who handle our Meta & Google ads) to ensure campaigns are aligned with our business goals and in-store promotions.
Website & Digital Coordination
Act as the main point of contact for our external website development company.
Coordinate website changes and updates as needed. You will have back-end access but will liaise with the external team for complex changes (due to links with Auto Trader, eBay, etc.).
Work closely with the external company on the exciting expansion of our website to include a new e-commerce accessories store.
Manage the project to commission an external 3D walk-through of our showroom and ensure it is published on all required platforms.
In-Store & Administrative Support
Assist in the creation and design of promotional materials (posters, flyers, etc.) for our showroom.
Help manage our accessory stock, both for the physical in-store display and the new online shop.
Provide general administrative support to the wider team as required.
What We're Looking For
A Social Media Native:
You have proven experience managing and growing social media accounts. You know what works on Meta and are excited by the challenge of building a new TikTok presence.
Highly Organised:
You can confidently juggle multiple tasks at once--from content creation to project management and admin--without dropping the ball.
A Great Communicator:
You'll be liaising with multiple external partners and internal staff. Clear, professional communication is essential.
Creative & Proactive:
You are full of ideas and don't wait to be told what to do. Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, simple video editing) is a major plus.
A Team Player:
You're happy to roll up your sleeves and help where needed.
A Bonus:
A genuine interest in motorcycles and bike culture would be a huge advantage!
