We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Specialist to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and foster positive public relations. Duties



Develop, curate, and schedule compelling content across all social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities, responding promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and reviews. Analyse social media metrics to assess campaign performance and optimise content strategies accordingly. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall marketing objectives. Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking. Stay updated with the latest trends in social media management and public relations to keep content fresh and relevant. Build relationships with influencers, partners, and online communities to expand reach and engagement.

Qualifications



Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles. Experience with Canva, photoshop or design tools. Using meta suite Familiarity with google ads and SEO. Using professional video editing softwares such as FCP , Premier Pro of equivilant Strong understanding of public relations principles as they apply to online communities. Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms. Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas. Ability to analyse data and generate insights for strategic planning. Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 24,000.00-24,500.00 per year
