Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Create engaging content tailored to each platform to drive audience interaction and brand loyalty. Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement metrics to inform strategy adjustments. Collaborate with the public relations team to ensure consistent messaging across all communications. Analyse social media performance metrics and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media management to keep our strategies innovative. Engage with followers and respond to inquiries in a timely manner to foster community engagement.

Skills

Proven experience in public relations and social media management is essential. Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to create visually appealing content using graphic design tools or software is advantageous. Strong analytical skills to assess performance data and make informed decisions. Creative thinking with the ability to generate fresh ideas for content and campaigns. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
