Social Media & Marketing Manager
to help us elevate our brand, connect with our community, and grow our online presence.
What You'll Do:
Develop and manage social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote services, stylists, and events
Create engaging photo and video content (in-salon and user-generated)
Manage posting schedules, engagement, and analytics tracking
Collaborate with the salon team to highlight trends, transformations, and special offers
Build partnerships with local influencers and businesses
Track performance metrics and recommend data-driven improvements
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing (beauty or fashion industry preferred)
Strong visual and creative skills -- photography, video editing, or design experience is a Must
Excellent communication and copywriting abilities
Familiarity with paid social advertising and content analytics
A passion for beauty, style, and staying ahead of trends
