Social Media & Performance Marketing Manager

We're looking for a dynamic, driven and creative individual to take full ownership of the social media and digital marketing for two of our fast-growing businesses. This is a role for someone who thrives on freedom, wants to make a real impact, and knows how to build brands properly across every major platform.

We have 2 companies, one being an Insurance approved Accident repair centre and second, an Alloy wheel refurbishment business.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for managing and growing our social presence across:

We've never truly dedicated the right time or strategy to social media -- until now. We want someone who can bring structure, direction and clear objectives to grow our audience, build engagement, and generate real leads while keeping our branding sharp and professional.

What You'll Be Doing

Creating and managing all social content: images, graphics, videos, reels, stories, TikToks -- the full creative package. Planning and executing Meta & Google PPC campaigns to deliver high-quality leads. Managing brand voice, messaging and consistency across all channels. Building and executing email campaigns. Engaging in relevant blogs, communities and media to build awareness. Analysing performance and presenting clear insight on what's working and what needs improving.

Skills & Experience Required

Strong experience using Photoshop, Illustrator, and programs like Canva. Confident in creating high-quality creative content across all social platforms. Strong experience producing and editing short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Instagram). Proven track record running Meta Ads and Google PPC campaigns. Knowledge of social trends and how to turn them into brand-relevant content. Strong understanding of brand identity and consistent visual presentation. Confident working independently without micromanagement.
