About the Role



We are looking for a

hands-on Social Media Intern / Apprentice

to support our content and account team.

This opportunity is ideal for:

You will support

day-to-day social media execution

, content preparation, posting, and

basic performance tracking

, while learning directly from experienced social media executives and account managers.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent & Platform Support



Assist with filming short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Stories. Support on-site shoots, events, and behind-the-scenes content capture. Help prepare captions, hashtags, hooks, and on-screen text. Organise raw footage, content files, and posting assets.

Trend & Research Support



Monitor TikTok and Instagram trends, sounds, and formats. Collect trend references and content inspiration. Support weekly trend research and competitor analysis.

Account Execution Support



Assist with post scheduling and publishing across platforms. Support content calendars and approval preparation. Help ensure posts follow platform best practices and brand guidelines.

Performance Tracking (Entry-level)



Assist in tracking basic metrics such as reach, engagement, and views. Help prepare simple performance summaries and screenshots. Learn how content performance informs optimisation decisions.

Requirements



Strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital marketing. Active personal user of TikTok and Instagram. Basic video editing experience (CapCut or similar). Experience posting content on personal, university, or hobby social accounts. Interest in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or digital trends. Experience with Canva, CapCutor basic design tools. Well-organised, proactive, and willing to learn. Good written and spoken English. Able to work in the London office. Eligible to work in the UK.

Training & Apprenticeship Duration



This role is offered as an

Apprenticeship with a minimum duration of 12 months

, in line with UK apprenticeship requirements.

You will receive:

On-the-job training and structured learning Ongoing mentorship from experienced team members Regular feedback and performance reviews

High-performing apprentices may be considered for a permanent Junior or Executive role upon successful completion of the apprenticeship
