Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement. Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) that resonates with target audiences. Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all platforms. Analyse social media metrics and prepare reports on performance, providing insights for improvement. Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media management and public relations.

Experience

Proven experience in social media management or public relations is essential. Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Familiarity with social media analytics tools is advantageous. A creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas that align with brand goals.
