Your New Role


Execute Aldi's social media strategy based on KPIs, aligning with brand goals and audience engagement metrics Ensure all content reflects Aldi's brand values, resonates with the target audience, and fosters a strong brand community Utilise audience insights to tailor the strategy, meeting followers' needs and preferences Partner with agencies to develop creative, on-brand content plans for Aldi's current Social Media platforms and emerging platforms Develop monthly content calendars with themes, topics, and posting schedules Execute social media campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and meeting strategic objectives. Monitor performance and adjust as needed Analyse performance metrics to evaluate social media campaign success. Track KPIs like engagement rates, follower growth, and content reach Provide detailed monthly reports with campaign performance, key insights, and actionable recommendations. Use insights to inform future strategies Continuously improve social media performance by leveraging report insights. Implement changes to enhance engagement and results Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and changes in audience behaviour and monitor industry developments Collaborate with PR, digital, product, and creative teams to ensure brand messaging consistency and align content with broader marketing initiatives Ensure all social media activities align with Aldi's overall marketing goals and objectives, fostering a collaborative environment for cross-functional teams Coordinate with internal teams to gather feedback and insights, ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and supports overarching marketing campaigns

About You


Creative & Strategic Thinking - Combine innovative content ideas with data-driven decision-making. Develop strategies that are both creative and aligned with business objectives Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Confidently present ideas and campaign results to senior stakeholders, ensuring clarity and impact Build relationships and collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, external agencies, and influencers. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and teamwork A Sense of Humour - Bring a vibrant personality to the team, adding energy and creativity to our social media Experience of delivering social media campaigns, either within an agency or in a fast past and reactive retail environment Social media management Reporting and analytical skills Experience using Social Media tools such as Hootsuite, Sprinklr or similar is desirable
