Social Media Assistant

to join our team! This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a love for connecting with fans through digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

: Assist in creating engaging, high-quality content for our social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Scheduling & Posting

: Manage the posting schedule to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content.

Fan Engagement

: Interact with fans across platforms by responding to comments, messages, and fostering a vibrant online community.

Game Day Coverage

: Capture live updates, photos, and videos during matches, training sessions, and events.

Analytics Tracking

: Monitor and report on the performance of social media campaigns, providing insights and suggestions for improvement.

Trend Monitoring

: Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep Flint Town United at the forefront of digital engagement.

Collaborate

: Work closely with the marketing and media team to align social content with the club's overall branding and messaging.

Qualifications

Previous experience managing social media platforms (preferred but not essential). Strong writing, editing, and visual content skills. Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar design platforms. Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools. Passion for football and understanding of Flint Town United's culture and fanbase. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for match days and events. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
