in Fulham, London, alongside Dr.Dropin.

accessibility to dermatology services and extensive wait times within the NHS by pioneering

UK leading digi-physical hybrid services.

skindoc is one of the select few CQC-approved online dermatology services and with the goal

of building the leading medical dermatology service in the UK, we are investing heavily in both digital and physical care services.

We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic Social Media Assistant to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in assisting the team with a wide range of social media tasks, contributing to our vision of being the leading dermatology provider in the UK.

Responsibilities include:



Create engaging and brand-aligned content for our social media platforms, including text posts, graphics, and videos. Schedule and post content on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, ensuring consistency across platforms. Monitor social media channels for user engagement (comments, messages, and reviews) and respond in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with the team to develop social media strategies and campaigns that align with our brand goals and objectives. Analyse social media performance metrics to gauge the success of posts and campaigns, and suggest improvements based on insights. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our social media presence.

Requirements:



Experience in social media management or digital marketing is preferred but not essential. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. Ability to create visually appealing content, experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work flexibly on an ad-hoc basis, with hours varying according to business needs.

Compensation and Work Environment:



This position is offered on a zero-hour contract basis, providing flexibility to work around your schedule. Work will be assigned on an ad-hoc basis, with the possibility of periods of no work depending on the company's needs. This role offers valuable work experience in social media management and digital marketing, ideal for candidates looking to enter or progress in this field. The role would be paid hourly at a rate of 11.50 an hour.
