About the Role:

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and enthusiastic

Social Media Assistant

to join our team at Piping Rock UK. In this role, you will support the Graphic Designer & Social Media Executive in producing engaging, on-brand content across multiple brands and social platforms.

You will play a key part in content creation, trend-spotting, and helping to bring fresh and innovative ideas to life.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to grow their skills in digital content creation.

Responsibilities

Content Scheduling & Posting

: Assist with posting content across social media channels in line with the content calendar.

Content Creation

: Help brainstorm creative ideas and identify emerging social media trends. Create

product hero images

for TikTok. Design

promotional images

for Affiliate partners. Produce engaging

Instagram Stories

. Take and edit

product photography

for multiple platforms.

Video & Media Production

: Support filming product-focused content, short-form videos, and viral trends. Edit and refine videos using editing software.

Collaboration & Logistics

: Request and coordinate sample stock for upcoming content. Work with the Graphic Designer & Social Media Executive and wider marketing team to ensure cohesive branding.

Skills & Experience Required

Technical Skills

: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro & After Effects). Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially TikTok, Instagram, and emerging channels.

Creative Skills

: Ability to generate new content ideas, aligned with trends and brand identity. Strong photography and video editing skills.

Other Attributes

: Experience in a similar role and/or relevant qualification. Confident and comfortable appearing on camera. (desired but not essential) Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent time management skills. Passion for health, wellness, and lifestyle content.
