Social Media Assistant

to join our growing Marketing team. This is an admin-focused role supporting the management of our B2C and B2B brands' social channels - primarily Instagram and TikTok. You'll help write captions, schedule content, monitor engagement, and report on performance. There's also scope to contribute to our influencer activity, and create content.

This role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented individual who wants to build a career in social media. You'll get to work in a fast-paced working environment and rapidly growing beauty and aesthetics industry. The role is partly remote, so requires a proactive and independent self-starter, with excellent communication skills to join our welcoming, small but efficient team. Some prior knowledge or experience of the beauty / aesthetics industry is preferable to hit the ground running and quickly establish direction for high-end industry leading brands.

The role



Support the marketing team with the planning, creation and scheduling of social media content across Instagram (Reels, Stories, Grid) and TikTok. Write engaging captions with relevant hashtags and keywords, ensuring all posts align with brand voice and guidelines. Source and repurpose content from our US brands and adapt it for UK markets. Assist with content creation, including visuals, infographics, and short-form video where relevant. Report and analyse social media metrics to gain insights that will drive performance. Work with the Marketing Coordinator to support UGC and Influencer partnership briefs for targeted campaigns. Maintain outbound and inbound community engagement and optimise all social media accounts. Monitor social media trends to capitalise on opportunities. Attend B2B and B2C shows and events.

About you



Previous social media experience, (either through work experience or own usage) and an interest in the beauty and/or aesthetics industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a meticulous eye for detail in copywriting. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a small, fast-paced team. Experience using social media scheduling tools. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Creative mindset with an interest in visual content and social trends.
The role is Monday-Friday, 9am - 6pm with one hour for lunch, hybrid working, with three days onsite in W1, and two days remote working.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 26,000.00 per year
