Overview


We are seeking a Full & Part Time creative and dynamic Social Media Executive Assistant to join our team.

Role 1- Full time around 30-40 hours

.

Role 2- Part Time around 16-20 hours.



The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence, engaging with our audience, and enhancing our brand visibility across various platforms. This role prefers an understanding of social media management and public relations to effectively communicate our message and connect with our target audience.

Responsibilities



Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms. Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and inquiries, responding in a timely manner. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing objectives. Analyse performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of social media initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to ensure our approach remains innovative. Assist in public relations efforts by crafting press releases and managing relationships with influencers and media outlets.

Requirements



Proven experience in social media management or a related field. Strong understanding of various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Familiarity with analytics tools to track performance metrics (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights). Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas that resonate with the target audience. Experience in public relations is a plus but not essential.
