We're looking for an experienced, highly motivated

Social Media & Brand Operator

to manage and grow the online presence of

Simon Squibb

- one of the most followed entrepreneurs in the world, whose content reaches hundreds of millions globally each month.

This isn't a 9-5 role. It's an always-on position of ownership, collaboration, and pace. You'll be trusted to run one of the biggest accounts in the world, daily. The Mission

As our Social Media & Brand Operator, you will be the final link between these stories and the audience. Your role is to ensure each piece of content is on-brand, on-time, and part of a larger mission that changes lives.

Responsibilities



Manage daily content publishing across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Threads, and Snapchat Oversee and coordinate the editing team - You don't need to know how to edit but you must be organised. You should assign tasks, review outputs, and finalise the weekly content calendar Write and refine captions that align with the brand tone, platform best practices, and performance goals Monitor comments and engage meaningfully with the audience, helping support the people that support the content. Ensure brand campaigns, collaborations, and sponsored content are scheduled and published on time Proactively identify problems and resolve them or escalate with solutions prepared Reporting data, analytics and performance review for our editors and clips.

Requirements



2+ years experience managing social or content for a personal brand or media company Proven ability to write compelling, platform-appropriate captions Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and deadlines Excellent communication and team management skills Proactive mindset - comfortable working independently and taking initiative Strong understanding of short-form content, and engagement dynamics across platforms Available daily and able to adapt to a flexible, non-linear schedule Willing to work flexible hours and have a deep passion for social media management and our mission to help people.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 24,420.00-36,000.00 per year
