Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled

Social Media Buyer / Digital Account Executive

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience running

large-scale paid social campaigns

, with proven expertise in

Meta Ads

and

TikTok Ads

, alongside strong technical knowledge of

tracking, attribution, and remarketing funnels

.

This role is perfect for someone who can manage

six-figure monthly budgets

, has a sharp analytical mindset, and also understands how to build and execute

social content calendars

to align organic and paid activity.

Responsibilities



Plan, launch, and scale

paid campaigns

across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Manage

large monthly budgets (100K+)

, ensuring efficient ROAS/CPA delivery. Set up and maintain

tracking infrastructure

: Meta CAPI, GTM, UTMs, deduplication, consent mode. Build and optimise

remarketing and full-funnel audience strategies

. Develop and maintain a

social media content calendar

to coordinate organic and paid campaigns. Run structured

creative testing frameworks

, working with UGC/design teams to continuously refresh winning ads. Analyse campaign performance, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and present

clear, actionable insights

. Stay ahead of

ad platform trends, creative trends, and compliance policies

. Collaborate on

funnel optimisation

(landing pages, CRO, retargeting across email/SMS).

Requirements



3+ years' experience

in paid social (agency or in-house). Demonstrated track record of successfully managing

100K+/month budgets

. Expert knowledge of

Meta Ads Manager

High-level understanding of

tracking & attribution

(CAPI, pixels, GA4, UTMs). Skilled at

building and maintaining social calendars

for consistent campaign planning. Strong

data analysis and reporting skills

(Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio, Excel/Sheets). Excellent communication skills - able to translate complex data into actionable insights. A

problem-solving, proactive approach

with a test ? analyse ? scale mindset.

Nice-to-Haves



Experience with other paid platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn). Knowledge of

third-party tracking solutions

(Voluum, Hyros, Wicked Reports). Familiarity with

email/SMS remarketing

(e.g. Klaviyo). Basic

CRO/funnel optimisation

experience Awareness of

ad policy & compliance

in sensitive industries (health, finance, etc.).
