Duties

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, and social media. Manage social media accounts by creating engaging content, responding to inquiries, and monitoring interactions to foster community engagement. Collaborate with the public relations team to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms and enhance brand reputation. Analyse performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that can inform marketing strategies. Assist in the creation of promotional materials, including graphics, videos, and written content. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our digital marketing efforts remain competitive.

Skills

Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated. Experience in public relations is advantageous but not essential. Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative ideas for campaigns. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
