Duties

Develop, curate, and manage engaging content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities to optimise content performance. Manage the organisation's online reputation by responding professionally to comments, messages, and reviews. Coordinate with marketing and public relations teams to ensure consistent messaging aligned with organisational goals. Analyse social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. Stay informed about emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the organisation at the forefront of digital engagement. Assist in organising online campaigns that promote organisational initiatives, events, or products.

Skills

Proven experience in social media management and content creation. Strong understanding of public relations principles and practices. Excellent written communication skills with an ability to craft compelling messages tailored to different audiences. Proficiency in analysing social media metrics and using insights to inform strategy. Organised with the ability to multitask effectively across multiple platforms. Creative thinker with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
