We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Administrative / Social Media Content Creator. This role requires a creative thinker who is adept at managing social media platforms, proficient with computers, and has a solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement engaging content for various social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Monitor social media trends and implement strategies to increase engagement and reach.
Create visually appealing graphics, photos, and videos to accompany social media posts.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all channels.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and maintaining records.
Utilize Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for various tasks including report generation and presentation creation.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing and administrative functions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in managing social media platforms for business purposes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with basic computer operations and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Vietnamese / Chinese speakers required.
