We're Hiring: Social Media Content Creator (Video, CGI & Design)

Location: Gtech HQ - Worcester

Job Type: Full Time

We're on the hunt for a creative all-rounder -- someone who lives and breathes content, knows how to tell a story through video, and can make visuals pop with high-quality design and CGI.

If you're the kind of person who can take an idea and turn it into something people can't stop watching or sharing, we want to hear from you.

What the role looks like:

Filming and editing original content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Adding your magic touch with motion graphics, CGI, and visual effects Designing eye-catching graphics, layouts, and visuals that fit our brand Staying on top of trends and helping us bring fresh, creative ideas to life Working closely with our team to make sure everything we post looks and feels on point Managing content calendars and keeping our feeds active and engaging

What we're looking for:

Someone with real experience creating polished, professional video content Strong skills in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Blender (or similar) A great eye for design, detail, and storytelling A portfolio or showreel that shows off your creativity, editing chops, and design flair Bonus points if you've worked with sound design, 3D animation, or color grading
