Collaborate with marketing, PR, and creative teams to plan campaigns that align with organisational goals. Stay informed about the latest trends in social media management and digital marketing tools. Manage online reputation by addressing any negative feedback or public relations issues professionally. Assist in organising online events, promotions, or campaigns to increase audience engagement.

Skills



Proven experience in social media management and content creation. Strong understanding of public relations principles and best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to analyse data using social media analytics tools to inform strategy adjustments. Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for campaigns. Organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Knowledge of digital marketing trends and emerging platforms is desirable.
