Job Description

Job Purpose:



We're looking for a creative, digitally savvy individual to join our team and drive our social media presence forward. You'll be responsible for creating, curating, scheduling, and analysing content across multiple platforms to increase engagement, promote our brand, and support business growth in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:



Plan, create, and publish engaging content for platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Tik Tok. Work closely with internal teams (training, installation, maintenance, distribution) to gather content and insights. Produce a mix of media: video, image, animation, reels, stories, and carousels. Manage the social media content calendar in line with campaigns and business priorities. Monitor and respond to engagement, messages, and trends. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop digital campaigns and support wider communications strategies. Track performance using analytics tools and generate monthly reports on KPIs. Keep up with trends, algorithms, and best practices to stay ahead of the curve.

Essential Skills & Experience:



Proven experience in a social media or content creation role. Strong understanding of social media platforms and how to tailor content for each. Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut or similar tools. Excellent writing, grammar, and communication skills. Confident shooting and editing photos and videos (mobile and/or camera). Good organisational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Desirable:



Experience or interest in renewable energy, sustainability, or construction sectors. Basic understanding of SEO, email marketing, or paid social. Familiar with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later).
