Job Summary



As a business we have exceptionally well managed SEO, and PPC campaigns but our social media lags behind. We are looking for a talented and experienced Content Creator to manage the Social Media channels, from planning to delivery and posting. It is imperative that you are willing to fully understand the business, how it works, our customers and generally getting stuck in. You will be working alongside busy (sometimes camera shy!) doctors, who have a wealth of knowledge. The challenge is tapping into this knowledge, and transforming it into Reels, stories and interesting content.

The role would suit someone who really wants to take project and make it their own. We have a very strong established brand messages and values, but as yet these do not have a standardised structure for Socials. As a medical business we cannot afford errors, misinformation or mistakes - we need a stickler for accuracy and a genuine interest in Dermatology (medical, not cosmetic!).

Duties



Content creation:

Design and create multimedia content across a range of platforms, ensuring consistency in tone and messaging. Create monthly content plans, following social media trends and medical awareness weeks/ activities. Engage with audiences through social media management, responding to comments and fostering community interaction; in a manner that matches the brand. Monitor competitors and identify gaps within the existing marketing startegies. Creating campaigns to enhance brand visibility. Conduct thorough research to ensure accuracy and relevance in all written pieces.
General marketing:

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in copywriting, marketing, and digital content creation. Optimise content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic. Develop compelling written content for websites, blogs, social media, and marketing materials. Monitor the on-going management of PPC campaigns on Google and Meta.

Experience



Proven experience in content creation with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and social media marketing strategies. Skills in graphic design and video editing. Management experience - the ability to ask time of busy individuals, giving specific instructions and requests. A solid understanding of SEO principles and techniques to enhance online visibility. A solid understanding of PPC Google and Meta campaigns. Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

We would consider a content creator without experience in SEO or PPC, as we could continue for these to be monitored by the agency.

The role is offered on a part-time basis 2-4 days per week. Working days can be flexible. Salary offered is dependent on experience and is offered as a full time equivalent.

WFH could be considered to some extent but to capture the videos and get a real understanding of the business we feel you need to be on site and the days you will need to be on site need to be flexible.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 35,000.00-55,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 16 - 32 per week
