Overview

We are seeking a talented, creative and ambitious freelance Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating and editing engaging, high quality video content for social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), possess a passion for storytelling - as well as an interest in arts and culture and its ability to enrich lives.

Key responsibilities

Edit and produce high-performing reels and short-form video content for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok Create simple graphics/overlays on Canva or similar Create a monthly social media content calendar and schedule/post content Be across new social media trends and regularly suggest new content ideas Organise/deliver edited content for client use Analyse post performance metrics and adjust strategies to boost engagement and reach

Must-have skills

Proven experience in social media content creation, videography and editing short-form content - with a strong portfolio of work Excellent understanding of what performs well on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok Skilled in video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut) Confident using Canva (or equivalent) to create supporting visuals Strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
Ideal Candidate:

Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented with a strong eye for visual storytelling Confident working independently and managing own schedule Approachable and comfortable directing or interacting with people while filming Reliable and organised with great time management skills Comfortable working on a freelance or contractor basis, with a strong portfolio to share
