Purpose: Deichmann Shoes is recruiting an experienced Social Media Content Creator to join our Marketing Team at our Head Office in Market Harborough.
This role is ideal for a creative professional with proven experience in social media content creation who is passionate about trends, storytelling and short-form video - particularly TikTok.
This is a fully office-based role, 5 days per week, with regular travel to stores and marketing events.
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
Every application will be required to be supported by a portfolio showcasing previous content particularly on TikTok independently created or starred in.
You will be asked for examples at the point of the pre-screening process.
Ideal candidate: This role would be suited to someone who is a highly creative individual, with the ability to work proactively and independently.
We are looking for someone who is an avid user of social media, both on a professional and personal level - and is up to date with the latest trends.
Key activities:

• Conceptualise and drive Deichmann's organic social media content strategy
• Create and publish content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. From concept ideation to filming, editing, publishing and community engagement.
• Produce engaging, social-first content including video, imagery, GIFs and audio
• Establish a Tiktok Community and grow, manage Deichmann's TikTok account independently.
• Attend store visits, events and shoots to capture content in line with brand guidelines
• Research social trends and apply them quickly and effectively
• Monitor, analyse and report on organic social performance
• Work with agencies and third-party partners to evaluate content performance
• Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce and wider business teams to support campaigns and brand objectives

Personal characteristics:

• Minimum 3 years' full-time experience in a social media content creation role
• Previous experience creating content for TikTok is essential.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and current trends
• Confident creating and presenting content on camera - Being the face of our TikTok platform.
• Proficient experience with content creation and editing tools such as Canva, CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Ability to analyse performance using Facebook Business Manager, Instagram Insights or similar
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in the fashion or beauty industry is highly desirable.
• Full UK Driving Licence - with own vehicle

Salary/Pay: 30,000 based on experience
