The Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Content Creator to take full control and responsibility for all digital marketing and social media activity. This role offers a high level of autonomy and discretion, allowing you to develop ideas, plan campaigns, and manage execution end-to-end.

You will oversee the complete content lifecycle - from concept and planning through to filming on-site, editing, colour grading, publishing, and performance analysis. The role involves travel to customer homes and project work sites, which may be located across the UK, though primarily within the Northwest, and includes occasional ad-hoc administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

Full ownership of the company's digital marketing and social media strategy Independently generate ideas, content plans, and campaign concepts Plan and manage content calendars across all social media platforms Travel to customer homes and sites to film and photograph installations Edit, colour grade, and finalise video content for social media use Maintain and develop the brand's visual identity and tone of voice Publish, manage, and optimise content across platforms Monitor performance, analyse results, and make data-led improvements Work closely with senior management, providing insight and recommendations Provide occasional ad-hoc administrative support as required

About you/Desirable Skills

Common degrees for social media & content creation desirable or experience in content creation skills (video, reels, TikTok, YouTube) Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of marketing activity Strong video editing and colour grading skills Confident planning and executing content without close supervision Highly organised, proactive, and professional Full UK driving licence is essential Able to travel independently to sites Experience with Content Creation software Photography and videography experience Paid social or Google Ads knowledge
