Gemporia began in 2004 and we are a British live television and online jewellery retailer sourcing gemstones across the globe. Since the end of 2017, we are now very proud to be an employee-owned company and we are constantly seeking to grow our successful team.

We are looking for someone to join Team Kimbie our in house Homewares brand which we are looking to launch into the market. This person be responsible for content creation for the brand primarily focusing on home fragrance (candles and diffusers etc), presenting and self-producing our livestreams which is a new part of the business for us. Pre-recorded content will be key to the success through daily content creation, primarily focusing on TikTok Lives but also approaching influencers and affiliates to help this brand explode into the homewares market.

Accountable For: Key Tasks/Results/Objectives:

Presenting and Producing TikTok, and any other livestreams for our social media channels as required, to drive brand awareness and revenue. Preparing products and any other content for livestreams to increase views and attract new customers. Planning, creating and editing content to enhance visibility on the TikTok platform and other social media channels as required. Engaging with and harnessing relationships with customers, viewers, ambassadors and influencers on the TikTok platform to build community to encourage repeat business. Managing the TikTok Seller Centre and Business Suite with the TikTok team to review insights, enhance performance, and identify areas for development. Liaising with the customer service team to enhance the TikTok user journey, and other departments within the company to increase efficiency. Gathering and analysing data for both organic and ecommerce aspects of TikTok to present to the wider team to ensure targets are met and discuss other opportunities. Working with the Kimbie team to develop the TikTok strategy to identify areas for and achieve growth. Identify and Acquire key influencers and affiliates to drive the brand forward on social platforms. Support with any other pre-recorded content and modelling tasks.
Skills:

Presenter/producer experience is desirable but not essential, however the ideal candidate should have an outgoing and dynamic personality with good improvision and verbal communication skills. Experience with social media platforms, especially TikTok Seller Centre and Business Suite. Content creation, especially videography, including video and audio editing. Knowledge and/or experience in the homewares market and/or retail industry is desirable but not essential. Knowledge and/or passion for homewares and lifestyle is desirable but not essential.

Our studios/offices are based in Redditch, Worcestershire, B98 9HF, you must be able to comfortably travel to this location.

Salary depending on experience
