to oversee and execute innovative social media and content strategies. In this role, you will work closely with and report directly to the Brand Director, ensuring all campaigns align with the company's brand vision and objectives.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing brand awareness, engaging with target audiences, and driving online growth. This includes managing social media platforms, creating content, and collaborating with influencers to amplify the brand's reach.
Your work will directly influence how the brand is perceived online, contributing to our overall marketing strategy and driving measurable results.
Social media strategy
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across leading platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok)
Stay updated on emerging trends and platform updates to adapt strategies
Lead all social media initiatives, managing campaigns from start to finish - briefing, creative conception and post-campaign analysis
Content creation & management
Plan, create, and schedule engaging multimedia content
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure content aligns with brand identity and goals
Maintain and update the content calendar, ensuring consistency across all channels with sign off from Brand Director
Create high-quality, self-shot social content
Manage the production of all content, and creating assets for paid media campaigns
Community engagement
Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
Create a strong online community by engaging with followers and influencers
Social Partnerships
Identify and collaborate with relevant content creators (UGC) to support content strategy
Support Brand Director with influencer campaigns
Strategise brand collaborations, making informed decisions on talent and creative concepts
Analytics & reporting
Monitor and report on social media performance on a weekly and monthly basis
Use data to inform decision-making and optimise future campaigns
4 years in a similar social media role within beauty, fashion or lifestyle
Experience growing engagement and audiences across social media platforms
A strong creative eye, attention to detail, and overall genuine passion for the social media landscape are key
Experience and confidence in creating content for social media
Highly organised with strong written and verbal communication skills
A collaborative style of working
Graphic design skills are desirable
