Social Media & Content Manager
who can showcase our products through compelling storytelling, creative visuals, and effective online advertising.
The Role
This role is perfect for a creative marketer who loves interiors, design trends, and social media strategy.
You'll be responsible for managing and growing our social presence across
Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn
, while also leading our
paid social advertising
to drive traffic, engagement, and sales.
Key Responsibilities
Setup and implement a
creative content and advertising strategy
that reflects our brand identity and supports business goals.
Plan and manage the production of
photo, video, and short-form content
, working with internal teams and freelancers.
Write
engaging, on-brand copy
for social posts, campaigns, and product spotlights.
Stay ahead of
interior design and social media trends
, creating fresh, relevant content ideas.
Work closely with our
E-commerce Manager
to support product launches, special offers, and seasonal campaigns.
Manage and maintain a
social media calendar
to ensure consistent, aligned posting.
Build and nurture relationships with
influencers, interior creators, and design partners
to expand our reach.
Engage with followers daily -- reply to comments and messages, answer product questions, and foster a friendly online community.
Monitor, analyse, and report on
key metrics
(reach, engagement, conversions), using insights to continuously improve.
Plan and manage
paid social campaigns
across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms -- including
budget control, targeting, and performance optimization
.
Skills & Experience
3+ years' experience
in social media management or digital marketing, ideally in
home decor, interiors, or e-commerce
.
Proven track record of
growing social audiences and delivering measurable results
through organic and paid campaigns.
Strong understanding of
social algorithms, short-form video trends, and content optimization
.
Experience with
Meta Ads Manager
,
TikTok Ads
, or other paid social platforms.
Proficient in
Canva, Adobe Creative Suite
, and scheduling tools such as
Later, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite
.
Basic
photography or video editing
skills are a plus.
Excellent
copywriting and communication
skills with a strong eye for design and detail.
Passionate about
interior design, decor, and creating beautiful spaces
