Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media and Content Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to enhance our online presence and engage with our audience. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that our brand message is consistent across all platforms while also driving engagement and growth.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across multiple platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Create engaging content that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our brand voice. Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and customer feedback to inform future strategies. Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with broader marketing initiatives. Analyse performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary. Manage public relations efforts through social media channels to enhance brand reputation and visibility. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies.

Requirements

Proven experience in social media management or a similar role. Strong understanding of public relations principles and practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content creation. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
