Job Description

We are looking for a

Social Media & Content Manager

to take ownership of creating, publishing and managing social media content across multiple platforms for a portfolio of clients.

This role is hands-on and delivery-focused. You will be responsible for managing

5-10 client accounts

, ensuring consistent, high-quality content is published and that audiences are actively engaged across platforms such as

Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok

.

You will work closely with our internal team but will be trusted to manage your own workload, timelines and outputs.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create and publish engaging social media content across multiple platforms Manage between

5-10 client social media accounts

concurrently Write clear, on-brand captions tailored to each platform and audience Schedule content using agreed tools and workflows Actively engage with audiences (comments, messages, basic community management) Repurpose content across platforms where appropriate Follow content calendars and client strategies Monitor performance and flag opportunities for improvement Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, goals and agreed guidelines

What We're Looking For

Essential:



Genuinely cares about the quality of work delivered, client outcomes and representing brands responsibly online Proven experience managing social media accounts for businesses or clients Strong written communication skills Good design acumen with an eye for layout, typography and visual consistency across social content Confidence creating content for different platforms and audiences Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Good understanding of what performs well on each social platform Reliable, organised and self-motivated

Desirable:



Experience working in an agency environment Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting Experience using scheduling tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) Basic graphic or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
Working Pattern

5 days per week

Monday - Thursday - 9:00am - 5:30pm

Friday - 830am - 430pm
